Fireside Indoor Picnic

Enjoy a private, nostalgic blanket and basket picnic beside the roaring fire in the Piñon Dining room. The specialty picnic can also be delivered to the comfort of a guest’s casita. The menu is served family style, and includes offering such as Caesar salad, charred corn chowder, and fried chicken served with green bean salad and corn bread with honey butter. The experience is based on availability, and is offered during lunch from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm or dinner from 5:00 to 9:00 pm. This experience can be arranged daily; reservations are required. Cocoa in the Enchanted Cabin

Gather with friends and family to relax in the heated “Enchanted Cabin.” A flight of cocoa options – white chocolate, milk, dark and spicy – will be served with housemade marshmallows, whipped cream and other toppings. Also included is a selection of sweet and savoury treats. Adult guests can enhance their experience with “boozy” additions for an additional cost. S’mores by Terra Firepit and Fireplace Butler

All guests will enjoy complimentary “build your own” s’mores offered daily at the Terra firepit or in the comfort of their guest room, upon request. For the ultimate cozy night in, the Fireplace Butler will build a roaring, wood-burning fire in a guest’s casita room or suite, using fragrant piñon wood for a distinctly New Mexico scent.
