DJI Power Solar and Car Super Fast Chargers Ensure Rapid Power for Every Situation

DJI, the world’s leader in civilian drones and creative camera technology, officially unveiled two new Super Fast Chargers to further expand the DJI Power Series Ecosystem. Both the new DJI Power 1.8kW Car/Solar Super Fast Charger and the DJI Power 1kW Super Fast Car Charger can support super-fast car recharging for the DJI Power 1000 and DJI Expansion Battery, making them suitable for the power storage and electrical systems of RVs and regular cars.

Recharge a Car Super Fast and Expand Battery Capacity 

The 1kW Super Fast Car Charger can expand the capacity of a car’s electrical system. When used during a long drive, it recharges the Power 1000 and expansion battery up to 1000 W using the excess electricity produced by a car’s alternator, reaching 1024 Wh of power during an hour-long drive (approximately 78 minutes)¹. It can also connect to a car’s battery and reverse-charge it with Power 1000 to prevent battery drain, achieving intelligent two-way charging and capacity expansion of the car battery. Additionally, the Power 1000 can be paired with the 2048 Wh expansion battery to provide 3072 Wh of battery backup and an ultra-high power output of 2400 to 2600 W¹. 

Charge a RV While Driving or Store Energy Conveniently 

For road trips, the 1.8kW Super Fast Charger can expand the capacity of an RV’s electrical system using solar power. The charger can be connected simultaneously to solar panels and an RV’s alternator. In less than an hour (approximately 40 minutes), up to 1200 W of solar power and 600 W of continuous car power can be generated to quickly recharge a DJI Power 1000 and DJI Expansion Battery, reaching 1024 Wh of power¹. Like the DJI Power 1k Super Fast Charger, it can achieve an intelligent two-way charging and expand battery capacity by connecting the RV battery and reverse-charging it with the Power 1000 to prevent battery drain. If paired with the 2048 Wh expansion battery, the Power 1000 can provide an additional 3072 Wh of battery backup and an ultra-high power output of 2400 to 2600 W¹.

Use Solar Power for Eco-Friendly Home Backup Battery

At home, the 1.8 kW Super Fast Charger can deliver a more eco-friendly and economical home energy storage solution, which can be a lifesaver during unexpected outages. It can be connected to solar panels to provide a max 1800W of solar power¹ to quickly recharge a Power 1000 and an expansion battery. The Power 1000 can also be paired with up to five DJI Power Expansion Battery 2000 units, providing up to 11264 Wh¹ of backup power.
