Donkey Kong Country Returns HD is out now for the Nintendo Switch system!

The villainous Tiki Tak Tribe has hypnotized the animals of Donkey Kong Island! Bananas have gone missing! Is there anybody tough enough to set things right!?

In the Donkey Kong Country™ Returns HD game, Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong will need to stomp enemies, blast through barrels, and take wild rides on totally safe* modes of transportation to get back the banana hoard.

If you’re looking for a challenge, try playing the game as it was originally designed for the Wii™ system. Or if you need a helping hand, reduce the difficulty for extra hearts and other goodies to make the journey a little easier. Either way, this platforming adventure has been visually enhanced in HD for the Nintendo Switch™ system and includes the extra levels from the Nintendo 3DS™ version.

Looking to double the excitement? Pass a Joy-Con™ controller to a buddy and take on the Tiki Tak Tribe in two-player local play. Pelt foes with Diddy Kong’s Peanut Popgun and hover using his Barrel Jet. Or slam bad guys into submission with DK’s Ground Pound and Barrel Roll. Work together to reclaim those bananas by the bunch!
