New contract for Landon Emenalo
Landon Emenalo has signed his first professional contract with Chelsea after celebrating his 17th birthday.
Emenalo initially joined Chelsea through the Under-8s development centre. Although he spent time with Monaco, the midfielder returned to Cobham during his Under-13s season.
During the 2023/24 campaign, Emenalo made his Under-21s debut in a 4-1 victory over Colchester United in the Premier League Cup.
This season he has featured regularly for our Under-18s, including starting the FA Youth Cup wins over Leicester City and Merstham, as well as in the Under-17 Premier League Cup.
In addition, the midfielder has represented the USA at Under-17s level and also appeared for England Under-17s during the October and November international breaks.
