The Hidden Cost of Compliance: Losing Deals and Time to Manual Processes
Most companies handling data at scale require robust security and compliance, yet traditional processes remain slow and resource-intensive. “We’ve built AI agents that can automatically collect and verify compliance evidence in ways that weren’t possible before,” says COO Selin Kocalar, who co-founded Delve with CEO Karun Kaushik after experiencing compliance challenges firsthand at their previous AI healthcare company.

Delve’s AI compliance agents are delivering immediate results for its growing customer base of over 100 companies. AI startup 11x unlocked $2.3M in contracts with the help of Delve after struggling with traditional solutions. “SOC 2 Type I had taken us 4 months with our old compliance platform…We were losing deals left and right,” explained Keith Fearon, 11x’s Head of Growth. By integrating with Delve, the team saved 143 hours of grunt work while implementing additional security measures needed to harden their compliance standing.

Similarly, Bland, the AI phone call startup, secured over $500,000 in annual recurring revenue in 1 week after integrating with Delve, passing “the intense rigor of enterprise security reviews” according to CEO Isaiah Granet. These successes reflect a broader pattern: Delve customers have gone on to secure contracts with industry leaders like OpenAI, PayPal, Indeed.com, Hertz, and other Fortune 500 enterprises, with contract sizes reaching nine figures.

How Delve Works: Beyond Traditional Automation
Traditional compliance platforms require teams to manually collect screenshots of security configurations—a tedious, time-consuming process. For example, many compliance frameworks require companies to document how they protect customer data by capturing screenshots of password policies, access controls, and employee training records. Delve simplifies this: customers write a single instruction and AI agents automatically collect the required screenshots.

The platform continuously monitors across the entire company, automatically updating evidence and alerting team members of compliance gaps before they affect security. While traditional platforms are built on API integrations, Delve’s AI agents can collect evidence from web apps, internal tools, and custom software—without being limited by the scope of available APIs.

The platform now covers SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, and custom frameworks—with additional certifications in development. Founded by Kaushik and Kocalar, the team includes AI researchers from MIT and Stanford who have collectively authored over a dozen research papers, and features a two-time international olympiad winner and a former lead investigator of an International Space Station experiment.
