The 75th Berlin International Film Festival is supported by the Principal Partners Armani beauty, CUPRA and Mastercard. Further support at the Co-Partner level comes from Campari, Potsdamer Platz and Staropramen as well as the media partners rbb and ZDF.

Armani beauty
Armani beauty supports the Berlinale as Principal Partner and official beauty expert. Armani beauty will provide the official make-up service to the festival’s guests among whom celebrities destined to walk the Red Carpet. Berlinale audiences have the opportunity to get their make-up done at the Armani beauty pop-up at Potsdamer Platz.
For over 20 years, Armani beauty has been delivering beautifully textured make-up, skincare formulated from the most pioneering science, alongside fragrances created with the rarest ingredients. Armani beauty’s collaboration with the Berlin International Film Festival keeps enhancing the relationship the brand has with the world of filmmaking and comes as a celebration of Giorgio Armani’s life-long love of the cinema. CUPRA
The Barcelona-based automotive brand is supporting the 75th Berlin International Film Festival as a new Principal Partner. CUPRA provides the Berlinale’s fleet of cars from 2025. As part of the partnership, CUPRA will transport the film teams, juries and the festival’s guests of honour of the Berlinale to their premieres and events with the fully electric SUV-Coupé CUPRA Tavascan.
With its commitment to the music and festival scene, the young brand has stood for inspiration beyond its own industry since its launch. As part of the Berlinale partnership, CUPRA will also provide musical impulses and present an extra special DJ line-up with ALYSSA & GIA and MËSTIZA for the Berlinale Opening Party on February 13, 2025.
As a partner of Berlinale Shorts, CUPRA is initiating the CUPRA Filmmaker Award which is endowed with 20,000 euros and will be presented by the International Short Film Jury at the Award Ceremony on-stage of the Berlinale Palast. In addition, CUPRA, in cooperation with European Film Promotion, will present the European Shooting Stars Awards to the 10 most promising acting talents from Europe on stage at the Berlinale Palast on February 17, 2025.
As part of the partnership, CUPRA, together with the Berlinale, will develop a new edition of “The Dream Makers” project to support the next generation of filmmakers.

Mastercard
As an international technology company, Mastercard uses innovative solutions to ensure that payments are processed securely and smartly worldwide. Long-standing partner Mastercard is supporting the anniversary edition of the Berlinale for the first time as Principal Partner and will ensure priceless moments during the festival.
As a Co-Partner of Berlinale Talents, Mastercard also supports 200 selected creative professionals from 14 different disciplines in the film industry. The globally unique “Talents Footprints - Mastercard Enablement Programme” returns for its fifth edition. Berlinale Talents and Co-Partner Mastercard will support two new projects. The members of this year’s jury are German actor Sibel Kekilli (Gegen die WandGame of Thrones), Vincenza Cristina Saccà (Senior Vice President Consumer Marketing & Sponsorship Europe at Mastercard) and filmmaker, screenwriter and Talents alumnus Dieu Hao Do (Hao Are You).

Co-Partners

Campari
Campari is at the heart of some of the world’s most famous cocktails, such as the Negroni and the Campari Spritz. The passionate relationship between the brand and the world of film has a long tradition. It began in the 1980s with – of particular relevance- the collaboration with the world-famous director Federico Fellini, who shot his first commercial for Campari. With the Berlinale partnership, Campari continues to strengthen its global long-term commitment to the world of film. Guests of the Berlinale, cineastes, film makers and Campari fans can look forward to a special and surprising appearance of the brand.
In addition, the Campari Berlinale Lounge at the Grand Hyatt Hotel will be open daily from 3.30 pm to 10.00 pm and will act as a centre point throughout the festival to bring together filmmakers, creatives and new talents at the bar.
On the occasion of the Berlinale partnership Campari also invites again to the “Red Night” on February 14.

Potsdamer Platz
Potsdamer Platz is once again the central festival location for the Berlinale this year. At the start of the film festival, the Theater am Potsdamer Platz will be transformed into the Berlinale Palast, the Stage Bluemax Theater will become a Berlinale premiere cinema for the first time and the entire district will welcome filmmakers, stars and fans from all over the world.
With The Playce, the quarter offers shopping and entertainment as well as art and cultural experiences for visitors.

Staropramen
As a new Co-Partner, the No. 1 beer from Prague is supporting this year’s Berlinale at various events. The premium beer brand has been famous for over 150 years for its brewing expertise, which delights even the world’s most discerning beer drinkers. Staropramen is a guarantee for the highest quality and perfectly balanced taste. Passion and expertise connect Staropramen with the Berlinale and the world of cinema. The new festival lounge HUB75 directly at the Red Carpet, in front of the Berlinale Palast, is supported by Staropramen with its own bar.

rbb
rbb supports the Berlinale as a media partner by recording the Red Carpet Shows at the Berlinale Palast. As the pool leader, rbb ensures the distribution of TV footage to numerous national and international broadcasters. Additionally, the broadcaster provides extensive coverage of the Berlinale on rbb (radio/TV/online) and on ARD.
On February 13, rbb will show the Berlinale documentary “Im Reich der Filme” at 8.30 pm and a recording of the opening gala at 11.15 pm.

ZDF
ZDF has been a reliable partner of the Berlin International Film Festival for over 20 years. ZDF will continue to support the Berlinale as a media partner and will report intensively and in-depth on the 75th Berlinale in its news and cultural formats. ZDF partner station 3sat will be showing a recording of the opening gala on February 13 at 10.10 pm.

The Third-Partner GWFF (Gesellschaft zur Wahrnehmung von Film- und Fernsehrechten) is funding the GWFF Best First Feature Award. At the 75th Berlinale, the prize, which is endowed with 50,000 Euros by the GWFF, will celebrate its 20th anniversary and will be awarded for the first time as part of the new Perspectives section.
