Norman Ceasar, a native of Washington, DC, graduated from Woodward Preparatory School and pursued further education at the University of the District of Columbia. With a 34-year career at the US Postal Service, he also dabbled in real estate investment.

Inspired by his battle with prostate cancer, Norman authored a book to raise awareness about the disease and the importance of early detection. His mission is to share his journey of surviving prostate cancer through regular screenings and informed decision-making.
