“Resilience & Overcoming Trauma: How to Thrive Not Just Survive” is Free to Download for Only Five Days (Until 2/28/2025)
Best Seller Publishing announces the release of Robert L. Bower’s new book, “Resilience & Overcoming Trauma: How to Thrive Not Just Survive.” It will be available in the Amazon store for free for only five days.
“Resilience & Overcoming Trauma: How to Thrive Not Just Survive” explores the power of resilience in the face of trauma. The author, Robert Bowers, shares his personal journey after surviving a traumatic cycling accident in 2010. Through his struggles, he learns that resilience is not just about surviving; it’s about bouncing back and pushing forward, despite challenges.
The book emphasizes that resilience is a skill to be cultivated, not something we’re born with, and that it allows us to thrive. Bowers discusses how mindset, faith, humility, and gratitude can help us face trauma and grow from it. He encourages readers to consciously choose their responses to trauma, step out of their comfort zones, and plan for difficult experiences ahead.
“Resilience & Overcoming Trauma: How to Thrive Not Just Survive” is currently free and available for download on Amazon for five days (until end of 2/28/2025). Get your copy at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DTT6FF7N
