AECOM Tishman Executive Vice President Allan Paull, PE, Selected as President of Building Contractors Association in New York

AECOM Tishman, one of the nation’s leading builders for over 125 years, today announced that Executive Vice President Allan Paull, Civil/Structural Engineering, PE, has been selected as President of the Building Contractors Association (BCA), a prominent industry organization that facilitates and maintains strong relationships with labor leaders in New York City, Long Island and Westchester Country. Founded more than 90 years ago, the BCA provides a unified contractor voice for long-term labor-management relationships that support major construction projects throughout the region.

With more than 45 years of experience, Mr. Paull is one of the industry’s most respected construction and engineering experts, and he currently oversees the structural design and construction for all AECOM Tishman projects nationwide. In addition to designing and developing complex engineering solutions, he has negotiated more than 50 project labor agreements for some of New York’s most iconic buildings, including Three World Trade Center, Four World Trade Center, One Vanderbilt and New Terminal One at JFK International Airport.

Composed of construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors and other industry related entities, the BCA provides negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements with the Building Trades Unions. Representing New York’s most prominent construction firms, including AECOM Tishman, the group has approximately 200 members which perform every aspect of the construction process.

Mr. Allan’s appointment was effective January 1, 2025.
