T2 Development Breaks Ground on KAIA, FirstPathway Partners’ EB-5 Investment in Kanab, Utah

FirstPathway Partners (FPP) alongside proven development team T2 Development, proudly broke ground on KAIA by Outdoor Citizen, a 40-unit ultra luxury exploration resort in Kanab, Utah, on Wednesday.

This milestone event brought together government officials, project developers, and construction partners to celebrate the beginning of construction for this transformative development.

Nestled within the breathtaking clay canyons of Kanab, Utah, this inspired full-service ultra luxury resort features a wellness program, adventure excursions, a revitalization spa, and pools.

KAIA’s groundbreaking was attended by representatives from the Kane County Government and Office of Tourism. Construction is led by experienced local General Contractor Watts Construction Inc. and Engineer Iron Rock Group.

With construction already underway and the project approved by USCIS, KAIA’s strategic rural location qualifies EB-5 investors for USCIS priority processing and reserved set-aside visas through the EB-5 program.

Congress created the EB-5 Program in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. This program qualifies eligible investors, their spouse, and unmarried children under 21 to apply for a Green Card (permanent residence) through an $800,000 investment which creates 10 permanent full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers.
