About the Author
Lilian Ukadike is a former Instructor of Business and Information Technology at Piedmont Technical College (PTC) in Greenwood, South Carolina, where she taught for five years (2007- 2012). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lander University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ashworth University.

Before becoming an educator, Ukadike spent 18 years in corporate, governmental, and nonprofit accounting, holding roles such as Controller and Director of Accounting. Her passion for technology and instructional computing led her to develop a more effective teaching approach, which she shares in “Basic Computing Concepts.” Motivated by the struggles her students faced with inadequate instructional materials, she created this book to simplify learning and ensure every beginner has the tools needed to succeed in computing.
