Prime Video Presents ONE Fight Night 29: Rodrigues vs. McManamon
Event kicks off this Friday at 8 p.m. EDT/5 p.m. PDT on Prime Video
ONE Championship returns to Prime Video this Friday with ONE Fight Night 29: Rodrigues vs. McManamon. The event will be available exclusively to Prime members in the U.S. and Canada, beginning at 8 p.m. EDT/5 p.m. PDT this Friday, March 7. Prime members enjoy savings, convenience, and entertainment, all in a single membership.
Live from the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, the event will showcase a thrilling mix of Muay Thai, MMA, and submission grappling bouts – spotlighting some of the world’s greatest martial artists.
Taking place on the eve of International Women’s Day, the main event will feature Brazil’s Allycia Hellen Rodrigues putting her ONE Women’s Atomweight Muay Thai World Title on the line against debuting challenger Marie McManamon, who represents the United Kingdom and Ireland. Rodrigues aims to defend her belt for the third time and extend her run as the division’s longest-tenured champion.
In another pivotal women’s matchup that could determine the next title challenger in the atomweight Muay Thai division, Hong Kong’s Yu Yau Pui will face Polish striker Martyna Kierczynska.
Additionally, fresh off his stunning 28-second knockout of former two-division ONE World Champion Aung La N Sang at ONE 171: Qatar last month, Turkey’s Shamil Erdogan is making a swift return to the ring. Erdogan will aim to maintain his undefeated record and secure his second victory when he faces Brazil’s Gilberto Galvao in a light heavyweight MMA bout.
ONE Fight Night 29’s stacked card will feature several high-profile promotional debuts. These include undefeated American MMA fighter Joshua Perreira, Muay Thai stylist Arian Esparza, two-time ADCC World Champion Diogo ’Baby Shark’ Reis, ONE Friday Fights contract winner Parham Gheirati, and Road to ONE: Thailand winner Nontachai Jitmuangnon – who trains alongside Thai megastar and former ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon.
