Marion enjoys playing cards, reading, and jigsaw puzzles, though she often feels frustrated with people. She began journaling after adopting Ericka to capture humorous moments and memories.

Marion grew up on a small farm in Ohio and, unable to marry, adopted a child to realize her dream of motherhood. She worked as a lab technician in a dairy for eight years before taking a pay cut to become a clerk at the post office. At 52 I moved to Jackson where I worked another 3 and 1/2 years for the postal service. I retired at 55 to enjoy retirement. Marion enjoys playing cards, reading, working on jigsaw puzzles, and simply being.
