About the Author
Dr. John H. Manigo is a devoted evangelist, author, and former pastor dedicated to making the Word of God accessible to all, including the deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing communities. He served as a pastor for the Introduce Jesus Deaf Ministries for nine years and has been an evangelist for both the deaf and the hearing since 1970. He is the author of three books—“Blessed Are the Poor in Spirit,” “How They Interpret the Baptism of The Holy Ghost,” and “Pray for You and Me,” a transcription of his late wife Patricia C. Manigo’s diary following her passing. Dr. Manigo holds a Theology degree from Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from the Christian University of Southern Indiana in New Albany, Indiana. He was married to Patricia Lynne Clark Manigo for 35 years before she went home to be with the Lord, and together they have one son, John Christopher Manigo. He currently resides in Columbia, South Carolina, continuing his ministry and writing to inspire faith.
