Simon & Schuster announced that Fearless, the much-anticipated young adult romantasy novel by #1 New York Times bestselling author Lauren Roberts, sold a total of over 266,000 copies globally through Tuesday, April 8, the first day the book went on sale. The combined sales figure includes World English pre-orders and first day sales of print books, eBooks, and audiobooks, and is a company record for young adult fiction. Fearless, the thrilling conclusion to the international bestselling romantic fantasy trilogy, Powerless, was the most pre-ordered young adult novel in Simon & Schuster history.  

The Powerless series, which includes Powerless and Reckless, as well as the Powerful novella, has become a worldwide cultural sensation, selling more than 5.5 million copies globally across print books, eBooks, and audio. The series has also secured the #1 spot on both the New York Times bestseller list and the USA Today bestseller list; Powerless has been on the New York Times bestseller list for 70 weeks and counting and has topped bestseller charts across the world.

The Barnes & Noble midnight release party kicks off Roberts’s global book tour, which includes stops in 8 cities across the US, followed by events in the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
