Statement Regarding Mumbai.

We are aware of the situation in Mumbai and are monitoring the situation closely. At the present time, none of our hotels have been impacted.

Marriott has three properties in Mumbai. Security at these properties has been raised to the highest level which includes the presence of armed guards and other provisions to prohibit access.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and cooperate with local officials in response to this event.

Our sympathies go out to the victims and the hotels impacted.
