Essex Capital Arranges Telecom Distributor Balance Sheet Restructuring
Essex Capital Group, Inc., a private investment banking firm located in Tampa, FL, announced today that it recently arranged $2.0 million in commercial real estate and working capital financing for a global telecommunications equipment distributor based in the Southeastern U.S.
The new financing proceeds were used by the company to pay off existing debt, provide operating capital and fund the construction of a commercial building on an adjacent parcel to the company’s existing headquarters.
