Bill Tsibidis, owner of Crosstown Diner, discovered his passion for the restaurant business at age 5 when his father began their first family restaurant and took him on trips to Fulton Market to purchase fresh foods. Shortly after graduating from Hofstra College with a double major in Finance and Business Law he bought his way into the family restaurant. He credits hard work and a required financial investment to be part owner as one of the many reasons why he cherishes Crosstown Diner and their loyal customers. In addition to owning Crosstown Diner, Bill is also a restaurant and business consultant.
