Ballarat Accommodation Provider Takes Out Top Honours for 2011
Ballarat accommodation provider tops Choice Hotels Australasia’s franchisee of the year (2011). City Views Ballarat topped the field of over 150 Comfort Inn franchisees to take out this years award, their fourth consecutive, prestige award.
Choice Hotels Australasia recently announced the winner of 2011’s coverted Franchisee of the year. Ballarat accommodation provider, City Views, took line honours this year, beating out over 150 other franchisees throughout Australasia.
The award has drawn praise and recognition from fellow hoteliers and tourism representatives such as Ballarat Regional Tourism Director George Sossi. “This is a fantastic achivement for Ballarat accommodation,” Sossi said.
As a regional winner, City Views now enters the running for Choice Hotels Hotel of the Year award, representing the best of Ballarat accommodation on the world stage.
Choice Hotels, CEO, David Bayes, said: "The Gold Awards recognize excellence in branding, marketing, customer relations, franchisor relations, training and development, profitability and amenities,” when asked about the exclusive award category.
