Fujifilm Announces Agreement With AVT, Inc. to Provide Technical Services in North America

Valhalla, N.Y., February 23, 2015 – FUJIFILM North America Corporation today announced a new agreement with AVT, Inc., a leading manufacturer of automated retailing systems and custom vending machines, for Fujifilm Technical Services to provide vending services and support. The agreement allows Fujifilm to perform factory-authorized service for AVT’s clients throughout North America.
 
Fujifilm Technical Services has extensive experience in the repair, maintenance and servicing of kiosks and automated retailing units. The company will provide a variety of services to AVT’s clients, including:
 
·         Preventative Maintenance Visits – to reduce downtime, improve unit reliability and reduce the number of                   emergency field service calls.
·         Field Service Calls – Providing rapid repair if a kiosk or automated retail unit needs on-site service.
·         System Replenishment – Assuring that product is adequately stocked with fresh goods.
·         Machine Deployment – Managing the initial set-up and proper installation of the machine.
