This February, Penrose Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre celebrates Valentine’s Day with the ultimate language of love with Afternoon Tea. Guests are invited to immerse themselves in a world of romantic enchantment within the serene botanical terrace, enveloped by Dubai’s towering skyscrapers and the Burj Khalifa sparkling centre stage in the background. A sweet culinary journey of delicate delights and bijouterie-like patisseries awaits, lovingly curated by talented Pastry Chef Gianmarco Stifani.

Available from February 12 to 18, 2024, lovers can raise their pinkies to romance with Penrose Lounge’s special Valentine’s Afternoon Tea. The decadent display includes Flower Baba – mini baba sphere infused with lemon cream and vanilla that will add sweetness to the afternoon while each mouthful of the Black Cherry, with a cherry compote and decadent cherry mousse, narrates a tale of tenderness.

The Raspberry and Coconut - splendid coconut merengue laced with raspberry whipped ganache and coconut cream - ignites delight and the White Swan, a harmonic citrus and vanilla infused cheesecake, crowned with a tangy mango confit serenades the senses.

Sweethearts can warm their love with freshly baked scones, accompanied with a selection of jams while the Love Your Love bespoke Valentine’s Dessert – indulgent and rich brownie, adorned with an artful raspberry whip ganache, raspberry confit and fresh raspberry fruit - adds an extra dash of Cupid’s magic to the occasion.

The Valentine’s Afternoon Tea is accompanied with a choice of aromatic coffee and fragrant selection of teas or can be elegantly elevated with a glass of champagne.
