Armando Codina Names Roberto Pesant Director At Codina Partners

CORAL GABLES, FL – (June 21, 2011) – Codina Partners, a boutique real estate investment and development firm led by veteran developer Armando Codina, today announced the appointment of Roberto Pesant as director of acquisitions. In this role, Pesant is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Codina Partners, Pesant was a project manager at Flagler where he was involved in the Downtown Doral Project. Before Flagler, he was a development and acquisitions manager at Coscan Homes.

Pesant holds a master’s in business degree from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College- Hartford. He is a member of the Emory University Real Estate Alumni Association, the Goizueta Business School Alumni Association, and the Trinity College Alumni Association.

He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
