CORPORATE RELEASE

Following the recent smear campaign that started in the Brazilian press and relayed internationally, commencing with the O GLOBO newspaper under the signature of RODRIGO RANGEL and JOSE PASSOS,
INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING S.A., and her Director of Security, Mr. PIERRE P. OROSZ, make the following statement:


INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING S.A. is an International Companyincorporated in San Jose, Costa Rica, with her Corporate Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.

INVECO GLOBAL SECURITY GROUP (I.G.S.G.) is a SUBSIDIARY of INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING S.A. that provides Security Assistance and Advisory for clients worldwide.

Our personnel and staff are highly trained and experienced in all aspects of Security Operations.

Most of our personnel come from extensive backgrounds in the Military, Law Enforcement and Security Communities from various countries and have achieved
long years of experience.

As part of maintaining our overall operational effectiveness, we continually look to staff
important Security positions to serve our clients around the globe with the highest
seriousness and professionalism in focus.

Even though it is not in the policy of INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING S.A.
to discuss operational details, we do assert that we DO NOT have any current contracts
with the United States or Iraq Governments for providing Security Services in Iraq,
NEITHER do we have any teams currently deployed in Iraq!

Mr. Pierre P. OROSZ is INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING S.A.Director of Security and the Director of INVECO GLOBAL SECURITY GROUP.

Mr. PIERRE P. OROSZ has achieved, over the years, an impressive record of Operational Security duties worldwide and has developed an important network of
relations and friends all over the world.

Mr. OROSZ is one of INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING S.A. most valuable assets and his honorability and honesty cannot be disputed.

Mr. FRANK SALEWSKI and Mr. HEIKO SEIBOLD are NOT employees of INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING S.A. or any of her SUBSIDIARIES.

The high degree of experience and professionalism of
Mr. SALEWSKI and Mr. SEIBOLD and their friendship and loyalty to INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING S.A., have been utilized in researching the possibilities of hiring Brazilian Security Specialists to fulfill our continuous needs in competent and experienced personnel.

Mr. SALEWSKI and Mr. SEIBOLD acted as “INDEPENDENT CONSULTANTS”.

INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING S.A. and all of her staff recognize the high quality of professionalism and experience of the Brazilian Security Forces and Military, and explored, therefore, the possibilities to recruit DEMOBILIZED and RESERVE personnel from those forces in a VOLUNTARY CAPACITY, as PRIVATE CITIZENS,sanctioned, after extensive pre-selection, with a PRIVATE CONTRACTOR’S AGREEMENT, to work in Security Details designated at the discretion of INVECO GLOBAL SECURITY GROUP, anywhere in the world
where we do provide Security Services.

INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING S.A. do not see that there is anything wrong in allowing Brazilian Security Specialists, being former Military or Law Enforcement personnel, as it is the main condition to expect any position with our organization, to be
allowed to work “PRIVATELY” and “VOLUNTARILY” in Overseas Security Details,
and put their experience and training at the service of clients worldwide, as do any other
private companies or individuals from other countries.

Due to the international nature of our duties,
INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING S.A. did not feel the necessity, respectfully, to inform the Brazilian Authorities on her intentions of hiring some of their former employees, now being “PRIVATE CITIZENS’ willing to make a living.

INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING asserts that she DOES NOT have any business or operations in Brazil, therefore she shouldn’t be submitted under the
Brazilian Labor Laws and Regulations.

Mr. PIERRE P. OROSZ’s strong ties to Brazil, where he is a legal resident through his marriage with a Brazilian citizen, are strictly for residency purposes.

Mr. PIERRE P. OROSZ’s professional activities are strictly taking place overseas, therefore Mr. OROSZ shouldn’t be submitted under the Brazilian Labor Laws and Regulations.

INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING recognizes and respects the freedom of the Press but CANNOT and WILL NOT allow so-called “Investigative Journalists”,
RODRIGO RANGEL and JOSE PASSOS, and a very well respected press organ,O GLOBO, to launch a smear campaign with the clear intend “TO HARM and DAMAGE” the reputation of a well respected Corporation and her agents and all associated, by asserting that we are nothing more than “Paid Mercenaries, bounded for Iraq” without verifying thoroughly their information
before publication, and allowing these information to be released in the National and International Press.

This smear campaign is not only demeaning and purely a distortion of the truth, but it undermines greatly our Corporation from her real missions.

The “IRREPARABLE DAMAGES” caused to INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING reputation and particularly to her Director of Security, Mr. PIERRE P. OROSZ,
and the invasion of privacy in releasing information about Mr. OROSZ’s family and location, which brings a “SECURITY TREAT” to himself and his family, due to the nature of his activities, constitute an extreme prejudice for all.

Furthermore, some comments made in a certain press that our activities and our attempts to hire “Brazilian mercenaries bounded for Iraq” would endanger the personal safety of the Brazilian hostage in Iraq, Mr. JOAO VASCONCELLOS Jr., not only are
outrageously “INSULTING”, but also “DEFAMATORY”!

OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH Mr. VASCONCELLOS Jr.,HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND WE WISH FOR HIS SAFE RETURN HOME.

By launching this smear campaign against INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING and her agents, and by releasing “FALSE INFORMATION”, just for sensationalism purposes, O GLOBO and her journalists RANGEL and PASSOS, should and will bear the greatest responsibility should anything happen to
Mr. JOAO VASCONCELLOS Jr.!

THEREFORE

INVECO INTERNATIONAL HOLDING S.A. and
Mr. PIERRE P. OROSZ are officially mandating their counselors, to formally seize the Brazilian Justice Authorities, in defending our rights before any Penal or Civil Jurisdictions in Brazil or worldwide, for
the irreparable damages caused by the smear campaign launched by the “O GLOBO” News Organization and the journalists “ RANGEL and PASSOS”.

Furthermore, we have asked our counselors to file a criminal complaint against “UNKNOWN”, with the Brazilian Ministry of Justice for “GRAND THEFT OF
CORPORATE INFORMATION AND MATERIAL WITH THE INTEND TO ARM AND DAMAGE” our corporation and her agents, as well as for “CALUMNY” and “DEFAMATION”
