ADVANTYS releases version 5.7 of the WorkflowGen Enterprise BPM Software.

Montreal, Canada - (May 27, 2014) ADVANTYS is a leading ISV which delivers the WorkflowGen BPM software. Initially released in 2003, WorkflowGen is a robust Enterprise Process Management Software used by 500 clients in 70 countries, and 1,000,000 end-users worldwide. Organizations of all sizes use WorkflowGen to quickly and easily design, deploy, execute, monitor and analyze their automated business processes.
 
WorkflowGen 5.7 introduces multiple new features and improvements, including Advanced View, which enables users to easily create rich, customized reports using process data. All records are retrieved from the server to provide fast data manipulation, including: grouping, filtering, sorting, calculations, exporting (Excel, CSV, HTML, etc.) and custom column creation with computed values, with or without the use of JavaScript. These user-defined “Advanced Views” can be saved and displayed on the WorkflowGen portal for instant access or embedded in a third party web app.
 
In order to facilitate the dissemination of WorkflowGen for clients with global deployments, the end user and administration modules are now available in Spanish, Italian and Portuguese, in addition to the English, French and German languages that were previously available. Additionally, multilingual forms are now also supported in version 5.7. The form labels can be easily translated within WorkflowGen’s built-in form designer to different languages and dialects (E.g. English “Canada”). This multilingual feature is also available for the Global Lists management functions.
 
For the creation of advanced form features, developers now benefit from an improved .Net code editor directly within the form designer.  Color codes and keyboard shortcuts enable the developer to easily add server side custom code to the forms generated by the WorkflowGen WYSISYG form designer.
