Artist/Producer Big Swede Releasing All Star Rock Album ‘Refurbished – Only Want The Best’ today

Los Angeles, CA, September 23rd, 2014 – Producer/artist Big Swede is releasing his new rock album “Refurbished – Only Want The Best” today. The album features some of the best performers in rock.

“I have been wanting to do this for a long time. There are 17 guests on the record and they all brought something unique to these songs. It was very refreshing and also exciting to mix and match musicians for the different tracks. I am thrilled to have them all on it,” says Big Swede.

”It was interesting to witness the songs going from my earlier scratch versions to the finished performances. There were a lot of laughs and some good times had in the process, “ continues Big Swede.

Most of the project was recorded at Big Swede Studios, located in downtown Los Angeles, except for a few parts that were added in Stockholm, Rio and London. The album consists of 13 tracks with a total of 17 guests.

“The concept was to make a straight ahead rock album with good energy and at the same time leaving some dirt in there. I was also trying to refurbish these guys and making them sound different than what you normally would expect,” laughs Big Swede.
