Michelle Keefe Named Chief Operating Officer at Publicis Touchpoint Solutions, Inc

Yardley, PA—February 7, 2012—Publicis Touchpoint Solutions, Inc—a leading provider of multichannel message delivery solutions for the life sciences industry—has announced that Michelle Keefe has joined the organization as chief operating officer. Publicis Touchpoint Solutions is a division of Publicis Healthcare Communications Group.

Ms. Keefe has nearly 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry. She joins Publicis Touchpoint Solutions from The Visiting Nurse Service of New York, the largest not-for-profit homecare provider in the United States, where she held the role of vice president, business development. Ms. Keefe successfully led their team of 350 account managers, clinical and nonclinical intake staff, contact center business, and business development team.

Ms. Keefe spent the majority of her career at Pfizer where she served as regional president, Midwest. At Pfizer she was responsible for the company’s primary care portfolio in seven states and handled all operations of the Midwest regional business unit, including marketing, sales, strategy, public affairs, and managed care accounts. She directed launches of billion dollar brands, led the design of Pfizer’s regional business unit model for their US primary care business unit, and consistently met or exceeded sales targets and performance. Ms. Keefe held several other positions at Pfizer, including vice president of sales, Pratt Division; national sales director, cardiovascular specialty division NY; regional manager, Steere, Northeast; and director of division operations for Pfizer Labs.
